What happened
Supervisor went out to supervise a new carrier on how to service a cluster box. The carrier finished and she was proceeding back to the office when the carrier called stating that the staff car would not start. Supervisor turned around to go assist the carrier while unloading the car she stepped to the left there was a dip in the sidewalk and she rolled her left ankle and fell on her right knee.
