On [REDACTED] the employee started to have an issue with his left heel and ankle. He began experiencing discomfort while walking his route and overtime. By [REDACTED] he was in substantial pain. On [REDACTED] he tried to get plenty of rest. [REDACTED] he felt sore but good enough to work. Unfortunately his heel and ankle became quite painful by midday. He had AL preapproved for [REDACTED]. He worked through [REDACTED] but informed his supervisor that he would be seeking medical attention for his pain. His doctor referred him to a podiatrist who diagnosed him with tendonitis. He has been out of work since [REDACTED] while under medical care for the issue.
