On [REDACTED] approximately [REDACTED] Employee was taking mail from the cross docks to the apps docks. When he turned left the power jack 023 that he was driving cut off throwing him from the jack and hitting the floor. hurting his Head neck shoulder and back. The employee stated that he was in a lot of pain so an ambulance was called and he was taken to the University of Maryland regional center in [REDACTED] where he was treated for his injuries.
