Carrier was delivering and call supervisor [REDACTED] letting him know he could no longer walk. He communicated he had started to feel pain on his left gluteal while loading at the office. He thought the pain would go away this is the reason he did not reported it at that time but as the day progressed the pain escalated that is when he decided to communicate this with his supervisor.
