carrier approached me at [REDACTED] stating she injured her knee [REDACTED]. She couldnt rsquo t recall where it happened or when. She stated when she returned to the office she told the closing supervisor that she is having a difficult time walking and that she injured her knee on the route [REDACTED]. When I asked her who she reported this to she explained that she told supervisors. She stated that supevisor replied and supervisor Oh No No No No. Not having it. Nope.
