Cutting open a large gaylord
What happened
ADUS clerk was operating the loading booth on the left side ADUS machine. At approximately [REDACTED] she used a utility knife to cut an opening into a large gaylord with her right hand to be able to reach the packages down in the gaylord. As she was cutting the cardboard she was pulling the utility knife towards her and the blade got stuck in the gaylord. As she pulled the blade towards her it skipped out of the gaylord lacerating her left forearm.
