Sweeping gaylord on APBS
What happened
While sweeping out a full gaylord on the [REDACTED] Annex APBS and putting in an empty one Employees injured his finger. Employee and another employee were pulling out a full gaylord and replacing it with a new one. the light had been on preventing discharge of packages and was turned off enabling discharge of packages because a new gaylord was being put it. While the other employee was putting in a new gaylord a package came down the shoot quickly and employee caught the package to stop it from hitting the floor and being in the way of the new gaylord. He did catch the package but dislocated his finger in the process of doing so.
