What happened
On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] I was tying out mixed states on the letter aisle by myself and while I was putting the trays into the split APC the top part of the cage fell on my head hard. I felt a little unwell after but I brushed it off hoping it went away. I started to get head pains the [REDACTED] but I still came to work. The following day [REDACTED] my head was hurting badly that I couldn 't come to work. I went to urgent care to make sure I was ok and found out I have a concussion. I didn 't file a report when it happened because I thought I was okay but this concussion has showed that I am not. I have to work at a slower pace now because I can make my condition worse.
