employee was working large parcels trying to get the mail out on time he didn 't feel any pain went home slept woke up and his arm was killing him around the shoulder. Did not bring it up because he thought he must have slept on his shoulder arm or something. The [REDACTED] he was working against his arm and just thought he go to the doctor [REDACTED] and they did a few test took a couple of x rays and untold him it looks like arthritis that should not go to work in a few days he told he did not have sick leave for that they told him this is a work injury and that his job should cover it so he called in and put in for the workers comp.
