What happened
The employee was asked to help cleaning up the broken pallets area. He had to take the broken pieces of wood to the dumpster in the front side of the facility. The employee stated that he was being careful when picking up the pieces of wood. However while bundling the wood up to his arm he saw a wolf spider coming out from the wood. The employee panicked and in his attempt to drop the wood the spider ended up biting his hand.
