What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working by HTPS dumping belt on 1 floor. [REDACTED] works by the belt to pull down parcels with a hook if they stuck inside the container in the dumper as well as opening the bags if any comes down. While the dumper was dumping a pallet of mail the box collapsed and the whole box and pallet came down underneath the restraining bar. The base pallet hit her left side forehead. EMS was called and sent her to Presbyterian Hospital of Queens.
