What happened
EMPLOYEE WAS HAVING ALOT OF LOW BACK PAIN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS then it started to go down the back of her hip and leg employee stated that she was having trouble walking. When she visited her doctor she was given steroids to help with the pain and it did not help her she returned a second time and had an Xray to see what was happening and then her doctor ordered an MRI and was referred to a neurosurgeon. Employee was told she had a herniated disk in her lower back and needed surgery.
