loading tractor trailer for scheduled trip

on [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] on the inbound platform [REDACTED] was loading his trailer for a scheduled trip. during the loading he came across 2 BMC 's filled with flats magazines etc.. These BMC 's were extra heavy due to the weight of their contents. The [REDACTED] had to pull hard to get them into the trailer because of the dock plate. While doing so the second BMC he pushed into the truck lurched forward over the dock plate. [REDACTED] attempted to control the BMC. In doing so his right wrist and hand became trapped between the 2 BMC 's. This resulted in injury to the hand and wrist. [REDACTED] went to a doctor on his own and was told that the wrist was fractured.
