LOADING POSTAL VEHICLE

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Carrier assigned to [REDACTED] went outside in the parking lot of Westland Post [REDACTED] to load her truck. After [REDACTED] another Carrier reported that she is in the back of her truck in pain could not move. Carrier stated that she was loading packages in the back of the postal truck and she felt her back popped. Ambulance was called and Carrier was transported to Emergency Room - Oakwood Hospital. Doctor 's diagnostic was slipped disk and Carrier is disabled from work at the moment.
