[REDACTED] RCA called around [REDACTED] to state that she had injured her right knee. She was delivering a package out of a leased [REDACTED] van peak season rental. She was in the back of the mail retrieving the package and when she was getting back out she jumped out through the back door and her right knee popped. Was taken to emergency room.
