On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Rural Carrier contacted the Office stating that he tripped while delivering parcel at [REDACTED]. He stated that he might have sprained his little finger on his hand. He decided to keep on delivering mail but was not feeling comfortable about his finger. Supervisor met him on [REDACTED] and got him off the road. He was provided the CA1 Form and he went to doctor office to get his finger checked. As of [REDACTED] he did not contact the Office with the doctor 's note .
