Before the incident
Trying to open a rear door truck took off and clerk fell.
What happened
Bastion truck pulled away from dock door 15 while Expeditor Clerk was trying to open the rear trailer door. The truck was still on and running and the driver did not report to the Expeditor yet. The truck was waiting to move to door 17. Clerk had opened the rear trailer door and stepped onto dock plate when the truck pulled away and then they fell to the pavement on their left side resulting in an injury.
