rural Carrier was assigned to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. Carrier exited the vehicle to drop off a package at hallmark store on [REDACTED] her feet hit the curve and fell on the ground. She felt a shoulder pain they called EMT they examined her onsite and there 's no broken bone or dislocated shoulder. She wasn 't hurt. I believed she fell because she wasn 't paying attention where she was stepping into.
