On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] employee was working the [REDACTED] belt he stated an employee pushed the button up and the dumper shifted forward. He told the employee to push the button down but instead of the pallets falling back into the dumper the pallets fell back towards the belt. He said that he tried to catch the pallets but they slammed into his left hand cutting his left ring finger.
