Mr. [REDACTED] loading a trailer when the driver of the trailer left the dock area. then pulling the trailer off of the loading door without checking to make sure the trailer was empty. Mr.was in the back of the trailer on his forklift while this took place and rolled out the back doors hitting the ground while on his forklift.
