On [REDACTED] carrier was involved in a hit and run collision. Carrier was traveling [REDACTED] and was passing [REDACTED]. When a black chevy [REDACTED] was attempting to make a U turn. Before doing so the driver was letting all the cars pass by when the carrier proceeded the drive the driver decided to make a U turn which resulted in the driver hitting the postal vehicles side door and damaging the door and step rail.
