Delivering mail
What happened
On [REDACTED] I was delivering [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. During this time my left arm and shoulder started to become in pain with every bundle of mail i picked up and transferred to my lap for delivery into each mailbox. After [REDACTED] minutes of delivery I notified my supervisor of being in pain and needing to take a couple days to recover. I took 2 days of sick leave to prevent injury. I returned and the same incident occurred but more rapidly. It was very difficult to pick up packages and bundles of mail.
