She stated she tripped over a ledge of the curb and twisted her right ankle and skinned her left knee. She said the neighbor had to assist her getting off the ground. She stated she was bleeding. She stated she tried to contact her supervisor but got no response. She stated she only had a few packages left and she delivered them and returned to the office. She stated she told the supervisor when she got back to the office. She stated she reported it the [REDACTED] to a Supervisor. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] reported the accident to the Postmaster and the Supervisor. She stated she wanted medical attention. She went to Concentra located at [REDACTED]. Diagnosis is ankle sprain.
