What happened
statement: I had been loading the MTE trailer with the forklift. As I was exiting the trailer the forklift and the dock plate drops simultaneously and I am being dragged away from the dock door. The reason why this happened was because I was not informed that this trailer would be moved from the dock. Also the driver didn 't follow the procedures to verify that the truck was ready for transport and the dock plate was lowered.
