What happened
Clerk reported that while facing letter mail at the LCREM she felt stiffness in her neck. She took a break from facing mail and later went to 030 manual casing. At the manual casing she continued to feel same stiffness which progressed to a sharp pain in the back of her neck that radiated to her left shoulder left elbow and back.
