What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was delivering mail on [REDACTED] she was at the location of [REDACTED]. Employee went up the three stairs to place the mail in the mailbox and started to go down the stairs she slips and fell on the last stair. She said the rails was very Un sturdy. There was a crack large that she stepped into and caused her to fall. [REDACTED] fell onto her right side and unto her right knee and wrist. She heard a loud pop when she fell and roll and bent her right wrist back. She was able to get back to her postal and called the post office for assistance.
