[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] FT Carrier fell down the steps of [REDACTED] after delivering their mail. Stated the homeowner called an ambulance for him and that he injured his back. Carrier is now seeking medical; He was able to fill his [REDACTED] and statement out. Homeowner would not answer the door when management attempting to get a statement from them even though they were the ones that called the ambulance for the carrier. Accident scene was 4 wooden steps with railings on both sides. Employee was wearing USPS approved slip resistant shoes at time of incident.
