What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] City Carrier was on [REDACTED] when he began to rearrange his flats mail and the corner of the large envelope struck him in his left eye under his glasses causing him pain. Carrier continued to delivery but was having trouble seeing and notified Management of incident. Carrier went to Houston Eye Associates to seek medical.
