Carrier was loading his llv in the parking lot when he grabbed a package that he wasn 't expecting to be heavy 26 pounds and hurt his back. Supervisor was doing an observation on him when this happened. Employee did not bend his knees while lifting. Supervisor asked him if he was ok and he said yes. Around [REDACTED] carrier called the supervisor to report he was in pain and was send to the Centra care.
