What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] PST at the USPIS field office located on the [REDACTED] of the downtown post office employee was walking back to her office from the bathroom. When she turned around a corner she heard a pop and felt a tearing sensation in her lower left leg. This caused extreme pain. She tried to take another step but was unable to and she feel to her knees. Screaming in agony she crawled back to her office where she got her phone and called her son and [REDACTED]. Employee wheeled herself out of her office in her rolling office chair. Employee was transported by the ambulance to Hospital.
