Pulling pan cart
What happened
Employee was pulling pan cart from storage to the production area for use. The cart was perpendicular to the travel path leading to the makeup area. As the employee pulled the cart onto the path they did not turn the corner sharp enough. The employee stopped the cart and attempted to pull to the side to straighten the cart into the path. The did not realize that there was a post as close as it was. As the employee turned the cart it turned into the guard around an electrical panel smashing the hand between the cart handle and guard.
