What happened
On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] I received a call from city carrier assigned to [REDACTED]. She stated as she was walking out of the business at [REDACTED] a bicyclist riding on the sidewalk toward [REDACTED] plowed into her causing both of them to be knocked on the ground. Some people came to her assistance and helped her up. She then notified me. I instructed her to call [REDACTED] and also asked if she need medical attention. She stated she called [REDACTED] and they said they would come to the scene but the calls are in order of priority I arrived at the scene approx. [REDACTED]. Carrier stated she didn 't want to seek medical attention and was going to her private doctor that same day. The police never showed up on the scene.
