What happened
On [REDACTED] IE was TIG welding a pipe run. Inadvertently moved right arm to position for another pass arm contacted pipe leaving a burn on right arm. Delayed reporting it self medicated (burn jel bandage). Reported to EHS [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) that the area was inflamed.
