On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] & DC located at [REDACTED] T-1 PSE stated that she was injured at [REDACTED]. Employee was working on DBCS # 1. Employee stated that she was loading letter trays into a shelved GPMC with the top shelf being upright and secured with both safety latches. Employee stated that she slightly pushed the GPMC to the next rack when that top shelf came loose and struck her left index finger causing heavy bleeding. Employee was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center by another female employee.
