What happened
Maintenance Mechanic was returning our [REDACTED] lift back into the battery shop where it is stored after completing a route. While using the remote to maneuver the lift she accidentally directed the machine to go forward and not back. This resulted in her getting her right forearm wedged between the machine a U-cart and an OTR dumper. She was able to free her arm and sought medical attention for a laceration..
