Moving a 12 ft catwalk into building with a forklift
What happened
[REDACTED]. Employee was moving a catwalk platform into the building. It was to wide to move in with the forklift. He got off the forklift and dragged it into the building. When he got home he noticed a faint pain in his stomache on the left side. He says it wasn 't serious and thought he might have pulled a muscle. It has been the same for the [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] while in the shower he noticed a large bulge in his upper inner thigh and thinks he might have a hernia. States he will call on his Dr on [REDACTED].
