What happened
On [REDACTED] I Custodian was dumping my trash tub at the trash compactor at [REDACTED] and the dock plate is broke and about a 2 or 3 inch gap is up. I was pushing my tub back after dumping and it got caught on the gap and flipped up and came down on my arm and making me stumble. It fell on my arm and bruised it and made me hyper extend my left leg
