It was reported that Clerk was working at the [REDACTED] office on [REDACTED] when the employee stepped backwards and lost her balance when she stepped on a pallet jack that was left in the aisle behind her causing her to fall on the left side of her hip. When the employee fell she was unable to move and [REDACTED] was called. The employee was transported via ambulance and she was released that day with a bruised ribbed possible hairline fracture. It is believed that the employee will be out of work for 2 days
