While doing Amazon I picked up a box and walked it over to the route and felt a slight pull in my back As I put it. I felt minor pain at that time. Later on about [REDACTED] while I was on the retail window my back then started hurting even more to the point where I could not stand bend or twist properly so I sat down. When I was leaving work I told my supervisor that I was hurting and I hurt myself while doing the Amazon. [REDACTED] I could not move so I tried to ice my back. I was taken to ER [REDACTED].
