I Breakdown bundles on a daily basis.On Fri[REDACTED] [REDACTED] I had lots of phonebooks to contend with.my back was a little sore thereafter.Then one [REDACTED] [REDACTED] it got worse. [REDACTED] my back is still hurting. We typically do not have a Lift in the Flat Bundle area. [REDACTED] I borrowed the one from city. My right wrist is also sore.

What happened

[REDACTED] was distributing phonebooks on [REDACTED] and she states that her back began to hurt. She also stated that her right wrist is sore. She reported these pains on [REDACTED] to the Supervisor. And then went to Concentra to get examined. She was released to work without any restrictions and the Dr noting that it was strain of the wrist and back.
