What happened
Maintenance store clerk was preforming inventory of parts on the workroom floor when they were found face down unconscious with a cut to their right-side forehead. CPR was administered and the use of an AED. First responders continued CPR once they arrived on scene and employee was transported to hospital for medical treatment. It was determined that there was no work relationship to this incident.
