Lifting trailer door

Employee performing his normal duties but a new trailer was backed in and locked out. Employee bent down to open the trailer door. When he started to pull up on the door he felt a slight pain in lower back. There were trays apparently wedged against the back of trailer which caused the door to be harder to open.
