EE was assisting with a malfunctioning black and white copier. The EE was assisting another EE in observing the lowest paper tray to look for an object jamming the copier. The paper tray was pulled out of the copier and the EE knelt on both knees lowered her body to sit on her feet. From this position the EE slightly turned her body to the right and reached to help lift the other side of the paper tray. This movement caused a sharp pain in her back.

The EE was assisting another EE in evaluating a jam malfunction in the lowest paper tray of the black and white copier.

Back - initial sharp pain in mid back then traveling generalized pain all over the back. Also pain down left leg.

EE was inspecting jammed copier when she turned from kneeling position to lift paper tray she felt pain in back & leg.
