Staff member was buddy lifting a blue pallet from the ground to a stack in the receiving area. Near the top of the lift (approx 3 ft high) staff member felt a sharp and painful pull in their back. After 20 mins of sharp pain staff member also felt a numbing tingling sensation down the back of their left leg.
