What happened
Caregiver was sitting on a stool in an exam room and slipped off the stool. She came to my office and reported the incident stating she fell to the floor hitting her neck on the stool. She stated that she did not reinjure her knee or back which have previously been injured. She stated that she was ok to return to work but rounded back shortly stating that her neck had begun hurting. She left to go to Urgent Care.
