The employee EE reported that they were heading to the restroom on the warehouse side when they didnt notice the plastic wrap used for pallets on the floor. They got tangled in the wrap and fell reaching out with their arms to break the fall and landing face forward on the floor. They are experiencing pain and swelling in both ankles lower back pain pain and swelling in both knees a swollen left foot swollen wrists and pain in the right shoulder. They sought treatment at Franciscan Hospital in [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The medical advice given was that there were no broken bones but there were sprains and overextensions of limbs. The employee was advised to take time off work until [REDACTED] and to follow up with their primary care physician if symptoms persist.
