hooking up a mobile traffic signboard o a work truck

While hooking up a signboard (36605) to truck 14406 the hookup to the hitch was not possible because the truck was lower than normal and the trailer stand bottomed out before lowering the tongue to the hitch. The tongue would need to lifted to bring the trailer stand up and out of the way. Sky lifted the tongue but the sign was blown by the wind and he had to exact more force to finish the operation. He felt pain in his back but thought it was just sore and would go away. He let me know what had happened at the end of the day. He came back the [REDACTED] with the back pain worse and needed medical evaluation.
