He along with a fellow co-worker were lifting a cabinet to put it in a dumpster. He felt back pain and tightness in the groin area. He then asked a bystander to help them also. They got the cabinet into the dumpster and he headed home for a 2 hour drive. A few days he woke up with pain in his groin area went to use the bathroom and noticed that his left testicle was swollen
