On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Welder) was placing a frame onto a pallet. Mr. [REDACTED] was rushing because the project was Hot and needed to be shipped out. As Mr. [REDACTED] was walking around the skid he tripped and struck his right knee resulting in a minor scrape. Mr. [REDACTED] did not require medical attention and returned to work without restrictions. Mr. [REDACTED] notified his Supervisor [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] immediately notified [REDACTED] (Senior Eh&S Spc.). Currently this incident is a first aid only. This report will change if when new information is provided. On [REDACTED] Mr. [REDACTED] called Mr. [REDACTED] stating his knee felt pain to the touch. Mr. [REDACTED] was seen at the clinic and then forwarded to Ortho. Mr. [REDACTED] was diagnosed with an infection and given a prescription and a return to work on [REDACTED]
