IW attempted to move a block of ice by swinging his R leg medial to lateral. The [REDACTED] IW noticed pain in his R knee. IW reported the event to his supervisor who in turn reported the event to its insurer. IW continued to experience pain but thought it would get better with time. On [REDACTED] IW sought treatment. IW 's treating physician prescribed work restrictions and follow up with an Orthopedic specialist. Orthopedic specialist ordered an MRI that identified cartilage and prescribed days away from work.
